Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love the handcrafted art you purchase from ParsCrafts. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Because many of our products are handmade and unique, please review the policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

If an item is damaged or arrives defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right.


How to Start a Return

Email us at neda@parscrafts.com with:

  1. Your name and order number

  2. Photos showing the issue (if applicable)

  3. A brief explanation of the reason for the return

We’ll review your request and send instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage not reported before return.


Exchanges

Need a different item? We recommend starting a return for the original product and placing a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item

We’ll replace it or issue a refund as quickly as possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your order appears lost, contact us — we’ll help open an investigation with the carrier.
