Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and packaged within 2–3 business days.
Weekends and holidays aren’t included in processing times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated according to your location and the size or weight of your order. For a specific quote, please contact us and we will provide the exact shipping charges.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic orders: Usually 3–7 business days
International orders: Usually 7–21 business days (varies by country).
These are estimates — once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Please note:
- Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Buyers are responsible for any additional charges required by their country
- Customs processing may delay delivery
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it — but additional shipping costs may apply.
If your package is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your post office before reaching out.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Due to the fragile or high-value nature of our products, they are not returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or if the carrier considers it lost, contact us with your order number. We’ll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.
For especially fragile items, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing the product. This simple step provides clear documentation for us and helps ensure a swift resolution should any damage have occurred during transit.
Pre-Orders or Custom Items
If you order a custom or made-to-order piece, the processing time may be longer. We will follow up with you directly.
